Reiki Treatments

One of the many holistic therapies we offer involves the Japanese technique of Reiki.

This is the perfect technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by the “laying on of hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. If one’s energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress.

Reiki involves the “spiritual guidance” of this life force energy to heal both the mind and body.

A reiki treatment feels like a glowing warmth or radiance, flowing through you. Reiki is used to treat the whole person – including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Many beneficial effects include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Many have reported miraculous results – everyone from babies and the elderly can experience this treatment. No clothing needs to be removed. Relax, and enjoy the experience of healing on all levels – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing is a gentle, non-invasive therapy in which crystals are placed around and on the body – harmonising your Chakra’s to holistically promote energy balance and wellbeing.

Each crystal has a unique internal structure which causes it to resonate at a certain frequency – this gives the crystals their various healing attributes. Our treatment is carried out on a fully clothed person, placing various types of crystal around the body to release stress and pain. We aim to induce deep relaxation.

From digestive disorders to depression and other physical or mental illness, we can promote health and healing.

Alongside our crystal healing, we offer ‘Crystal Retail’. We can provide and sell the crystal therapy tools you need to raise your vibrations as part of our Crystal Retail service.

Pendulum Healing

To complement our other healing services, we also specialise in Pendulum Healing. One of the most commonly used tools for divination is a pendulum – a symmetrical, weighted object hung from a single chain or cord. Pendulums are often made from healing crystals, such as clear or rose quartz.

The pendulum is a simple tool that allows us as holistic therapists to tune into our intuitive powers; moving in different ways in response to questions – a basic receiver and transmitter of information.

Our pendulums hold great power in terms of healing and identifying allergies – we are able to hold a pendulum over the body, asking whether there is a problem ‘here’ or ‘there’ depending on your areas of concern. If the pendulum swings in a certain way, we can discern, identify and heal your issue.

The use of a pendulum also goes far in dispelling negativity – energy which can cause sickness and poor health.
